Chitiz Agarwal — The Salesforce AI Guy
Salesforce AI,
made to work.
Making Salesforce AI work in real businesses. As the founder of a Salesforce Summit Partner, I put Agentforce and AI agents into real processes — and share what actually works, what breaks and what it costs.
Founder, Techila Global Services · building Techila.ai and Techila Labs

The point
Switching on Agentforce isn't the point. Salesforce AI pays off when a business redesigns how it runs around AI agents, with people in charge: that is the AI-Native Enterprise. I build it with Salesforce customers as an entrepreneur and operator, and share what actually works — in the Trailblazer community, on stage and on television.

Questions, answered.
Who is Chitiz Agarwal?
Chitiz Agarwal is known as the Salesforce AI Guy. He helps companies put Salesforce AI, including Agentforce and AI agents, to work in real business processes, and shows business leaders how to build AI-Native Enterprises. He is the founder of Techila Global Services, a technology company and Salesforce Summit Partner, leads the Bareilly Trailblazer Community Group, and has launched two AI products, both live: Techila.ai, an enterprise AI product, and Techila Labs, agentic AI products for SME organisations.
What does Chitiz Agarwal speak about?
He speaks on two tracks. Salesforce AI: what Agentforce and its AI agents actually do in real companies, how to implement them, and what they cost. AI for business: building the AI-Native Enterprise — how businesses will operate with AI agents and multi-agent systems, moving from AI pilots to business outcomes, building autonomous business functions, the future of work and human-AI collaboration, and lessons from building AI products. His talks are practical and grounded in AI he builds and implements. The talks on offer are listed at chitizagarwal.com/speaking.
How much does Agentforce cost?
There are three ways to pay, per the official Agentforce pricing page (checked October 2026). Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000, and a standard action uses 20 credits, so about $0.10 an action. Conversations cost $2 each. Per-user add-ons such as Agentforce for Sales or Service start at $125 per user per month for unmetered employee use. An org uses either Flex Credits or Conversations, not both, and unused credits don't roll over. Your real cost depends on volume, the credits your edition includes and your contract discounts; the free Agentforce pricing calculator at chitizagarwal.com/salesforce/agentforce-pricing-calculator works it out for your numbers.
How long does an Agentforce implementation take?
The first agent can be live in 24 hours. At Techila Global Services, that is how fast a first agent goes live for one focused use case when the data and system access are ready. Wider rollouts take longer, and how much longer depends on the scope and on how ready your data is, more than on the technology. The approach that works is phased: start with one frequent, rule-based, low-risk job, test it with a person approving its actions, go live for that one use case and measure the result, then add more. Ask any partner for a first measurable result early, rather than a single big-bang launch.
What do you need before implementing Agentforce?
Four things. A clear use case: one job with a measurable outcome, such as answering common service questions or routing cases. Clean, accessible data, because an agent is only as good as the records and knowledge articles it can read. The actions it may take, built as flows, Apex or API calls, with permissions limited to what the job needs. And an owner who tests it in a sandbox, sets the guardrails and keeps monitoring it after go-live. You also need the licences or Flex Credits to run it.
Where has Chitiz Agarwal been featured?
He has appeared on or been featured by NDTV, CNBC Awaaz, Times Now, ABP Network, Hindustan Times, Times of India, Financial Express, Forbes, CNN, Moneycontrol and ANI News, and has spoken at TEDx.
Does Chitiz Agarwal run AI workshops for companies?
Yes. He runs hands-on workshops and executive sessions where leadership teams work out where AI agents fit in their business. Enterprise AI delivery is available through Techila Global Services, and AI products through Techila.ai and Techila Labs.
